1. About AugmentrART

AugmentrART provides tools for creating, editing, storing, versioning, and publishing digital creative projects (the “Service”). These draft terms apply when you access or use the Service.

2. Free and paid access

The Service is free through soft launch. At hard launch, AugmentrART may offer paid tiers. The free tier is designed to be generous and is limited by usage, including runs, storage, and projects, rather than by a time limit. The applicable limits will be shown in the Service.

Credit packs are the primary paid offering. Credits pay for AugmentrART platform value, such as runs, storage, versions, publishing, and other platform features. They do not pay for AI model inference when you use your own provider key (BYOK). Pack sizes and prices will be shown before purchase; they are not specified in this draft.

3. AI providers and your keys

BYOK is available on both free and paid tiers. When you use BYOK, you provide your key to the selected AI provider and pay that provider directly under its terms. AugmentrART platform credits do not pay that provider's inference charges. Review the provider's terms and privacy practices before using its service.

4. Purchases and seller

At hard launch, checkout for paid products is expected to be provided by Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record and legal seller for those transactions. Paddle handles applicable global indirect taxes, including VAT, for its transactions. The checkout page will identify the seller, price, currency, and any other purchase terms before you complete a transaction.

5. Pricing principle and refunds

AugmentrART's credit pricing is designed to maintain at least a 2x floor over predictable platform costs. This is a pricing principle, not a promise about a particular pack price. Refund eligibility for unused credits is described in the Refund Policy draft.

6. Your content and account

You retain access to your own creative content and can export your content. Access to your own data is not monetized. The Service keeps version history append-only during ordinary operation. Billing ledger history is append-only and preserved even on account erasure.
