What we keep, and why

AugmentrART keeps billing ledger history as an append-only record, even when an account is erased. This is a tax and financial record-keeping obligation — as a seller, those records must exist. On erasure, the link between ledger rows and your identity is severed: the financial record remains, but it no longer identifies you.

What we delete

You can delete your account yourself at any time: Your account -> Account data -> Delete account. Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately for your profile, pieces, versions, assets, AI runs, comments, reactions, and associated social records. Billing ledger rows are retained with your identity severed, as described above. Backup copies are purged within 90 days.

Your keys

If you use BYOK, your provider key never touches AugmentrART services. You send it to your chosen AI provider and pay them directly, under their terms — including whatever logging they do on their side, which is outside our control.

Your rights

Your creative content is exportable at any time, and full export stays free forever. Access to your own data is never monetized. Privacy requests: contact@augmentrart.com.

You can export your account data yourself at any time: Your account -> Account data -> Download your data. The export is an open-format archive containing your profile, pieces and versions, owned asset files and metadata, your own comments and reactions, personas, and AI run provenance including prompts. It does not include billing ledger identity or any other user's content.

Payment records

Paddle, as Merchant of Record and legal seller, retains transaction records under its own policy.
