Information handled by AugmentrART

AugmentrART handles account and profile information needed to provide the Service, creative content and its versions, and platform usage and billing records. The billing ledger records credit grants, debits, refunds, and related events. Ledger history is append-only and preserved even on account erasure.

Your content is private by default. Publishing or sharing it is a deliberate action you take.

Your creative content is exportable, and access to your own data is not monetized.

BYOK and AI providers

BYOK is available on free and paid tiers. When you use BYOK, your selected AI provider receives the request made with your provider key, and you pay that provider directly. BYOK provider keys do not touch AugmentrART services. AugmentrART does not set or control the provider's retention, use, or security practices; consult that provider's own privacy information.

Billing and payments

The free tier is usage-capped by runs, storage, and projects and is not time-limited. The Service remains free through soft launch; paid tiers are planned for hard launch, with credit packs as the primary paid offering. Credits cover platform value, not BYOK inference charges.

At hard launch, Paddle is expected to act as Merchant of Record and legal seller, handling applicable global indirect taxes. Payment information submitted during checkout is handled by the seller and its payment providers under the terms shown at checkout. This draft does not describe specific vendors, fields, or retention periods beyond those positions.
