Credit refunds

You may request a refund for unused credit-pack credits within 14 days of purchase. Credits already used for AugmentrART platform value are not unused credits under this draft. Credits pay for platform features and do not pay for AI inference when you use BYOK; you pay your selected AI provider directly.

Requesting a refund

Contact contact@augmentrart.com within 14 days of purchase and include the purchase reference and account email.

At hard launch, Paddle is expected to act as Merchant of Record and legal seller and to handle applicable global indirect taxes. Refund requests will be processed through the seller's checkout/payment process. Any applicable tax adjustment will follow the seller's transaction process.

Timing and scope
